We endeavour to dispatch all H-Seal products to you on the same day when possible, depending on the time of the order, using our vast fulfilment network. We have FREE and FAST shipping to the UK and USA. We no longer ship anywhere else other than the UK and USA, due to unreliable delivery and customs processing.

If you are a distributor in a region that we do not ship to or you are looking to order in large volumes feel free to get in contact with us.

Returns Policy:

In the unlikely event that you are not one hundred percent satisfied with your order, we would be happy to provide you with a full refund within 14 days of the product arriving on your doorstep. As long as the product is returned to us in the same saleable condition it arrived in. 

Please contact returns@hsealconcrete.com before making a return, so that we can acknowledge your order prior to the return and so that we may be able to resolve any issues that you may be having.
